DIRECTIONS

UPDATE:

The standard way in has been damaged by earlier storms, the county is working to repair. With closure of the standard inlet to the property, secondary routes have been improved and are very good. Please use the alternate route 1 to the shoot site for the spring of 2010.

From Phoenix:

North on I-17 to HWY 74 (9.1 miles north of 101)
Go west on 74 to HWY 60 (30.8 miles)
Turn right on HWY 60 to Wickenburg (10 Miles)
Use Wickenburg bypass to HWY 93 north
Go to Wikieup (75 miles)
Go north of Wikieup on HWY 93 to

Standard

after mile marker 111, The shoot site turn off (dirt) is about a half mile past mile marker 111 on the right side of the road. Signs will be placed from the HWY 93 turnoff to the shoot site.

Alternate route 1

North bound on 93, after mile marker 114 exit right, follow dirt road east towards the Big Sandy wash and cross. On the opposite side, left turn onto Back Road (north), go 4 miles to shoot site. Turn right (east) into the Big Sandy Range. This route will have signs and is more direct than the standard route. County has improved this since last season.

Alternate Route 2

North bound on 93, after mile marker 122, exit right, follow dirt road east towards the Big Sandy and cross. On the opposite side, left turn onto Back Road (north) to shoot site. This will pass the intersection of Alternate route 1 in approx. 5 miles. Follow signs to shoot site.
